1. Information About Us
https://roadxtyres.com.au is a site owned and operated by ROADX Tyres, a Sailun Group Brand, registered in Australia. Our registered office is 28 Ashover Road, Rocklea, Queensland 4106. Our contact phone number is 1800 423 188.
2. Service Availability
Currently we only accept orders from within Australia and within 100klm of our service providers’ addresses. Travel up to 30klm is included in our service fee.
3. Your Status
By placing an order through our website you warrant that:
3.1 You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
3.2 You are at least 18 years of age.
3.3 You are a resident in one of the above serviced countries
4. Service Contract
4.1 We will not process your order until the deposit has been successfully received.
4.2 We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason.
4.3 When making a request for service it is your responsibility to ensure that all the details you have provided to ROADX Tyres are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make the purchase request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods and services. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to supply any other additional Service whether expected by you or not.
5. Payment terms
5.1 You are responsible for paying all sums due in connection with services used as set out in these terms.
5.2 Failure by you to use any of the services booked or arranged, does not relieve you of payment obligations under these Terms.
6. Cancellations
You have the right to cancel a service by contacting ROADX Tyres on 1800 423 188
6.1 or via email using info@freedomtyres.com.au within 5 working days receiving a full refund for any fees paid to ROADX Tyres.
6.2 24 hours’ notice must be given prior to commencement of any service in order to qualify for a full refund. If cancellation takes place within 24 hours of commencement time and date, a partial refund shall be given at an appropriate rate.
7. Your Right to a Refund
7.1 The refund period starts from the either the day after the product was received or the service was delivered. To request a refund please contact us on info@freedomtyres.com.au and provide adequate information so we can consider your request.
7.2 Please note that we can deduct a fee from your refund for damage or wear and tear when you have used or excessively handled the products and this results in the value of the product being diminished.

8. Price and Payment - Products
8.1 The price payable for the products shall be shown on display at authorized retailers. Prices advertised are inclusive of GST and delivery charges. Delivery charges are shown separately when finalising your order and must be paid in advance.
8.2 Prices are subject to change without notice but changes will not affect orders which have already been accepted.
9. Additional Charges
Should your service request via ROADX Tyres requires additional parts and/or labour we will provide you with an estimate of charges prior to performing work. Additional travel fees and expenses may apply to services provided beyond a radius of 30 km from the service provider to the address where the order for the services was placed. Travel time, parking, ferry fees or additional fees and charges associated with installations for inner city, CBD and island locations will be charged to the Customer as an additional cost.
Unless specifically mentioned in the product service scope of works, ROADX Tyres does not include any parts, consumables or accessories (wall brackets, gases, glues, additional materials other than those deemed standard or for normal use) in providing the service, except where specifically listed in the service scope description. Unless otherwise specified, delivery, decommissioning of existing products and removal of existing units is not included in the price.
Payments for additional charges will be required prior to the conclusion of us completing the service.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All and any intellectual property rights in connection with the products and services shall be owned by ROADX Tyres absolutely.
11. Limitation of Liability and Release
You acknowledge and agree that, except for direct property damage that results from our negligence, under no circumstances shall ROADX Tyres be liable to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation, any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, expense, costs, data loss or corruption, or liability arising out of, or related to, the services provided by ROADX Tyres or the installation, use of, or inability to use your products, goods or other services. In consenting to the performance of the service you agree to release and hold harmless ROADX Tyres, its agents, contractors and staff from and against any loss, liability or damage that you may suffer. As subject to your statutory rights, under the Australian Consumer Law or other similar State and Territory laws, the liability of ROADX Tyres is expressly limited to resupplying the Service or paying the cost of the service being provided.
12. Disclaimer
12.1 ROADX Tyres endeavours to deliver timely service notwithstanding unpredictable scheduling, unseasonal work volumes, unscheduled transport issues or sickness problems and other factors beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, technical breakdowns, poor weather and acts of God. ROADX Tyres will provide to you the service to the best of its ability. ROADX Tyres makes no guarantees as to the speed, timeliness or quality of service nor does it accept responsibility and/or liability for ongoing service matters other than those provided for in these terms and conditions. If ROADX Tyres ability to provide services is impaired by your failure to cooperate or due to circumstances beyond our control, we may choose not to provide the services and where appropriate will provide you with a refund. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are present.
12.2 The working environment in which ROADX Tyres is requested to perform the service must meet the respective Occupational Health and Safety (OH & S) regulations in the applicable State or Territory. If ROADX Tyres reasonably believes that the working environment does not meet the requirements of the respective State or Territory regulations then we reserve its right at our sole discretion to leave the installation site and ROADX Tyres may charge you for the installation site visit.
12.3 It is your exclusive responsibility to dispose of any goods that will be replaced by us in carrying out the service. ROADX Tyres will not disassemble, deconstruct, break down or remove any product even if necessary for removal if not detailed in the product scope of works or added as a service.
13. Force Majeure
13.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
13.2 A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
13.2.1 Strikes, lock-outs other industrial action.
13.2.2 Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation of war.
13.2.3 Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
13.2.4 Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motors transport or
other means of public or private transport.13.2.5 Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.14. Amendment of the Terms and Conditions
14.1 We have the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changing market conditions. This may affect changes in technology, payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our systems capabilities.
